MP offers a full line of pistons for duplex and triplex mud pumps. All API types are available. Among

 these are:

Our premium pistons are fully interchangeable with other API standard designed pistons and deliver 

maximum performance in almost all drilling conditions. High tensile strength, resistance to chemicals

hydrocarbons, and abrasion, long lasting service, and full interchangeability with other API designed 

pistons make our premium piston a sound value.

 


  •  Bonded Rubber Pistons Premium Bonded Urethane Pistons

This one piece bonded constructed piston has no joints to leak. Eliminates abrasive fluids between

piston and liner.The fluid expanded lip is not damaged by high pressure and fast pump strokes.This

Fail-Safe piston seals off to greater diameter as  liner wears Currently running in pumps using exotic 

 muds and highest drilling pressures! Bonded construction - no joints, no leakage. Longer piston and 

liner life. 


This piston will run in higher-pressure, fast stroking pumps, and is resistant to oil base muds and other 

additives currently being used.This Premium Piston has been in service for years, providing unmatched

 performance under extreme drilling conditions.This one piece bonded unit provides the same series of 

advantages., being imprevious to oil and other chemicals.


MP also offers a full line of  piston replacements including Piston Hubs, Plates, Snap rings and 

Replacement Rubbers.



The hub is formed from high grade steel.

The piston rubber is made from specially formulated compounds which are resistant to the effects of

 heat oil and water. The multi-ply fabric reinforced backings used in the production of the piston rubbers

 provide positive wear resistant seals.





Liners

High performance Mud Pump valves and seats are available from VTech Manufacturing. Our  valves and seats are manufactured with high alloy steel forgings with deep carbonized wear surfaces. They are precision machined to API standards and are available in sizes to fit all popular mud pumps.
Module Accessories 
VTech Manufacturing stocks studs, gaskets, and flanges for all major mud pump discharge manifolds.

Hardened Liners
KINGWELL  hardened liners offer economy in a liner that is made for normal to mildly corrosive mud conditions. These liners are hardened and heat treated under strict quality control to a minimum of 60 RC hardness and a depth of .125 inches. Each liner is honed to a mirror-like finish for smooth and even wear during the life of the liner and is machined to close tolerance to assure easy installation and long life.
Chromium-plated Liners
KINGWELL  Chrome-Plated Liners are made of premium forged steel with the core plated by chrome. The Chrome-Plated Liners have hardening characteristics of 58 to 62 Rockwell C hardness.
Premium Liners
KINGWELL  Premium Liners are the combination of a forged outer shell and high chrome iron inner sleeve. Outer shell is centrifugally cast and high chrome Inner sleeve is heat treated, the uniform bore hardness is 62RC. Each Liner is machined to close tolerances to assure ease installation and long service life with the inside diameter of these premium liners honed to a mirror-like finish for smooth even wear during the life of the liner. KINGWELL  premium liners are made for superior performance under tough corrosive and abrasive conditions.
Ceramic Liners
KINGWELL  Ceramic Liners are made of a forged abrasion resistance outer shell and ceramic inner sleeve. We provide Zirconia(ZrO3) Sleeves as well as Alumina(Al2 O3.) sleeves., of which Ziconia exhibits better impact strength, higher hardness andbe honed to finer surface finishes than alumina.
 
Stem-guided Valves & Three-arm Seats
Stem-guided valve & Three-arm seat features greater fluid flow than four-arm seats, as well as it features an extra wide metal to metal seal on the valve flange,. The serrated upper surface on the valve gives a longer non-breathing seal between valve body and insert while the rigid seat cross-arms give greater strength and positive sealing.The strong, thick, valve knock off nut holds the insert tightly reducing flex and breathing which lessens the chance of foreign matter getting between valve and insert.
Stem-guided Valves & Cross-arm Seats
The Rubber of Stem-guide Valve is fixed on valve by Valve Nut and our Cross-arm Seat is high-hardness, impact-resistant. KINGWELL ’s Stem-guide Valves & Cross-arm Seats include: API-4#、5#、6#、7#、8#、9#, which are fit for high pressure jetting drilling.
Three-wing Valves & Full-open Seats
Three-wing guided valves and full open seats features greater fluid flow than four-wing valves, the unibody forged valve features greater strength than traditional welded-wing valve. Innovative unibody valve design eliminates snap rings, plates or keepers providing reduced maintenance by snap-on valve inserts and easy installation.
Four-Wing Valves & Full Open Seats
KINGWELL  Offers two style of Four-wing guided valves and full open seats which feature greater fluid flow through the full open seat. The full open seat provides easier valve maintenance and seat pulling, in valve-over- valve fluid ends. 
Innovative unibody valve design eliminates snap rings, plates or keepers providing reduced maintenance by snap-on valve inserts and easy installation. This combination will handle lost circulation material better than most conventional style valves and seats while the seating angle greatly improves flow characteristics and the heavy-duty load bearing capacity greatly improves service life.

Piston with Replacement Rubber
Our Piston with Replacement Rubber includes two types: Single-Active and Double-Active. Material of the Piston Hub is 40Cr forging steel and the surface of the hub could be phosphorated or oiled according to clients’ requirement. Piston Rubber is made of premium synthetic rubber and rubber with fabric so that the service life is the same with the similar products aboard. Our products conform to the standard of API and performance excellent in every drilling condition. 
Our Piston Hubs are made of premium forging steel, Piston Rubber is made of NBR which is proof against heat, oil, water. The backing of Piston Hubs is made of layers fabric, which is high tensile strength resistant, chemical resistant, wear resistant, long service life. Our pistons are fully interchangeable with other APL standard designed pistons.
Bonded Rubber Piston
Our Rubber is made of special NBR, which is proof against heat, oil, water and is fit for working under high pressure and long stoke condition, especially for liner wears.
Bonded Urethane Piston
Our Bonded Urethane Piston is fit for all kinds of mud pumps, especially for High pressure jet drilling and Ceramic Liner, also could interchange with Piston with replacement Rubber.
Replacements









Heat-treated and internally hardened for high durability; available in various materials to meet a wide range of applications; standard one-or and/or two-piece configuration, with designs available for pressure of 5000, 7500, and 10000 psi(351,527,and 703kg/cm2); discharge connections available on each side; suction connections on each side or front center.
Adapt most third party fluid-end modules to the mud pumps, eliminating the need for drilling contractors to stock fluid end parts from several manufacturers, Supply heat-treated, internally hardened forged alloy steel modules, if the drilling contractor doesn’t specify third party fluid ends.


Material is 35CrMoA or 40CrMoNn alloy steel forging. To get better fiber texture, we use electric stove for second forging, or deoxy treatment. It is forged from three directions and the forging ratio is not less than 4.0:1.0. It can not have crack, impurity, looseness, over burns, etc. And weld is not allowed. It should be confirming to the stipulation of JB/TQ252-81, and should be checked by Ⅲ grade. After quenching the rough module will be rough processed, then the hull hardness is HB285-330.
Mechanical property: σb ≥850MPa, σs≥670MPa, δ≥5%,ψ≥30%.
The two1:6(1:12) taper hole rolling treatments are checked by ring gage. Its contact area has continuous distribution on the circumference. The contact area is not less than 75% .The line of intersection of all cylindrical surface of the hull are facetted obtuse angle by hand or grinding wheel ,forming a circumference R≥8.Test pressure is 49Mpa, keep pressure 1 hour, pressure can not be reduced. Finished products have crack detection report.

Fluid end Expendables
Piston Hubs 
Piston hubs are manufactured from AISI5140 heat-treated forged alloy steel machined on modern CNC Lathed to exact dimensions. They meet all API tolerances and different temperature applications. They are Available in size 3" to 8" in series A.K.B and L with types of duplex and triples 


Piston Rods 
A full line of piston rods is available for various pumps. They are made by forged alloy steel, with thermal refining treatment, which results in the excellent mechanical characteristic. Duplex and triplex are available. 


Pistons 
pistons are made with tough and durable rubber for all pressures, available in single-and double acting in variety sizes for most pumps


Liner is designed to fit most mud pump types. Triplex and duplex are both available with Hy-chrome iron liner, Cr-plated liner and hardened steel liner. 
Hy-chrome Mud Pump Liner 
Hy-chrome Mud Pump Liner is made with a high chrome iron sleeve in a forged steel hull. The bore hardness is 60 to 67 Rockwell Scales while the hull has high tensile strength of more than 90000psi.Combining the characteristics of chrome with state of the art manufacturing, the liners can withstand mud pressure of up to 7000psi.The life of our Hy-chrome liners is proved to generally reach a level of more than 800 hours. 


Chrome-plated Liner 
chrome-plated liners made from premium-forged steel with the cord plated by chrome. The chrome-plated liners have hardening characteristics of 58 to 62 Rockwell C hardness 
Hardened Steel Liner 
Hardened steel liners are made with premium seamless steel tube, in which the bore is carbureted and quenched, creating a hardened layer with hardness of 58 to 62 Rockwell C scales.
